Maya Carmenates - Instructor
Maya Carmenates is thrilled to return to Artistic Edge Dance Center—this time as a member of our teaching staff!
Maya grew up dancing at AEDC, where she trained extensively and was one of our nationally recognized elite competitive dancers. Throughout her years at Artistic Edge, she developed not only a strong technical foundation and love of performing, but also a deep connection to the studio community she grew up in.
Maya is currently a student at Furman University and a member of the Furman Dance Team. She is so excited to share her experience, energy, and love of dance with the next generation of AEDC dancers.
For Maya, Artistic Edge has always been a home away from home, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome her back in this new role!
