2019 SPRING PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
Artistic Edge Dance Center Presents our annual Spring Performance:
Our Spring Performance offers students the opportunity to showcase their hard work, dedication, and progress to families and friends, as well as reinforce dance as a performance art.

10:00 am and/or 1:00 pm
Each class will participate in ONE SHOW.
Mandatory Dress Rehearsal - Thursday, May 30 - From 3pm - 9pm
Your dancers times are listed below by class level
AEDC will NOT have regular classes May 27 - 31 in preparation for the Spring performance.
Drop off/Pick up times:
Preschool/Combo Classes: Drop off @ 3:30; Pick up @ 5:00
Beginner/Advanced Beginner Levels: Drop off @ 5:15; Pick up @ 7:15
Teen Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced: Drop off at 5:15; Pick up at 9:00 - dancers may call to be picked up when finished.
Company - Drop off at 5:00; Pick up at 9:00 - dancers may call to be picked up when finished.
Backstage Mom Volunteers
Volunteers will be required. Your help is truly needed and appreciated. Sign up will be available online in your parent portal “Volunteer” section in April.

Performance Related Fees:
SPRING PERFORMANCE PARTICIPATION FEE: $75.00 per FAMILY
Due November 1, 2017
This non-refundable fee secures your child’s spot in the performance and allows AEDC to rent the venue.
Once your participation fee is paid, you have committed and are responsible for all costume fees as well.
You receive four (4) tickets to the performance with your non-refundable $75.00 participation fee
Additional tickets available for $7.00+small convenience fee/ ticket when you select seats for your 4 tickets.
Tickets are selected/sold ONLINE ONLY on a first come/first serve basis starting mid-May
Costume prices are based on class level as follows and split into 2 payment installments:
Installment 1 - Due December 1, 2017 - Costume Deposit (1/2 total costume fees)
Installment 2 - Due January 1, 2018 - Costume Balance (balance of total costume fees)
Preschool and Combo Classes: $70.00/per class
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Level Classes: $85.00/per class
Each class receives a different costume; therefore, you must purchase a costume for each class your child takes. Pictures of the costume will be available on your parent portal prior to Winter Break
*Costumes are ordered over Thanksgiving. Your child’s costumes will not be ordered if your account is not paid in full to date.
*Any fees paid late requiring AEDC to order your dancer’s costumes separately will result in your account being charged for any additional shipping fees.
*Though we measure each child to ensure the best fitting costume possible, costumes are sized in a range. Any alterations you feel necessary for your child’s costumes will be your responsibility.
